MAINTENANCE ORDER IN LONDON

-4 AGAINST AUCKLAND MAN (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.! London, September 4. The North London Police Court made a maintenance order in favour of Mrs. Emily Mary Dunne, of Clapton, of £3 10s. weekly for herself and 10s. weekly for her son. aged 15, against her husband, Michael Dunne, an Auckland diver. It was stathd in evidence that the parties were married in 1890. Dunne went to West Africa in 1923. Claimant’s son, who is Jiving in Cornwall, met a New Zealander, through whom he ascertained that Dunne was employed in Auckland by the Public Works Department. His former employers told his wife that he earned suflicient in West Africa to enable him to retire.
