ANNUAL MEETING AT FEATHERSTON. Featherston September 3. Tlie annual meeting of the Presbyterian Church was held on Thursday night, the Rev. G. Macßae presiding. The reports printed by the different' departments of tlie*church were adopted, it being stated that the last year had been a record one financially. Addresses were given by the Revs. Davie (Masterton) and Hardie (Martinborough). The following were elected as a management committee: —Mrs. 11. S. Burt, Misses B. Donald and.M. Towart, Messrs. J. Blain, S. Cundy. Q. Donald. G. J. Gardiner. T. G. Hardie, M. B. Tait, N. C. C. Shepherd, G. E. Yule. A. Clark (secretary), and D. C. Kibblewhite (treasurer). After supper musical items were given bv Mesdames Turnbull and Houston, Miss M. Tocker, Miss Brasil, and Messrs. Sutton. and McKinnon. Airs. A. Clark accompanied. ______
