NEW SOUTH WALES TOUIt. Private cabled advice has been received in Wellington to tlie effect that tlie New South Wales team will arrive at Auckland on August 21. It is probable that tlie tour will be extended for n week, which will permit matches to be played at Wellington against a Maori representative team and a match at Palmerston North. It is stated in tlie cablegram that Mr. E. Morgan has been appointed manager of the team, and that Hie chairman of Hie New South Wales llugliy Union is coming across, possibly to discuss the terms ot a new agreement between the Rugby Unions of New South Wales and New ijealand.
