Justice Adams, Bernard Lewis Blackwell was found guilty of having, at Otaio, on Alay 11, been found by night without lawful excuse on the premises of William Alfred Ancell, the case being the sequel of a shooting case. Blackwell was placed on probation for twelve months, special conditions being that he should pay the costs of the prosecution and reports to the probation officer monthly regarding his income and expenditure. In addition, he must make proper provision for his wife’s maintenance, take out a prohibition order, keep away from his wife’s relatives, and pay for the damage to the Barr’s house.
