A SERIOUS CHARGE
THREE YEARS’ BORSTAL TREATMENT. Robert Vincent Delaney, aged 20. was sentenced to three years’ Borstal detention by Mr. Justice Sim, in the Supreme Court yesterday, on a charge of having indecently assaulted a girl, aged eight years. “Tile Probation Oflicer-recoinmenils a term of Borstal treatment,” said His Honour, in passing sentence, “and I think it the best course to adopt in the interest of the prisoner.”
