UNDEFENDED DIVORCE CASES
DECREES NISI GRANTED. In the Supreme Court yesterday Mr, Justice MacGregor granted decrees nisi m the following undefended divorce petitions on the ground stated, the name of the petitioner being mentioned first:— Arthur Edmondson v. Floris Gertrudo Edmondson, constructive desertion (failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights). William Lewis v. Alice Lewis, separation. Thomas Henry Ash v. Charlotte Ash, adultery. Florence Ethel Robottom v. Henry Robottom. separation. / Roy Edward Wilkins v. Helina Victoria Wilkins, adultery. Gladys Jean Judd v. Norman Henry Judd, desertion. Jean Allan v. Horace Clifford Allan, separation. Nellie Carroll v. Martin James John Carroll, adultery. Robert James Murray Mulligan v. Daphne- Margaret Mulligan, desertion. Rubins Gladys Durney v. Bertrand Joseph Durney, separation (petitioner granted custody of children). Gertrude Ellis v. John James Allen, bigamy (marriage declared null and void). William . George Alexander Tibbs v, Gladys Winifred Frazer Tibbs, desertion. William Boyle v. Taibi Boyle, separation.
