■WELLINGTON CLUB ANNUAL (MEETING. The annual meeting of the Wellington Rowing Club was held on Monday night, Mr. H. McKinley presiding. In moving the adoption of the report and balance-sheet, the chairman congratulated the members on the past season's success,' and expressed the opinion that the coming season would bring greater success. The'increase in membership showed that the club was on the up grade. The elub, ho said, possessed some fine material among its junior members, and ho urged the officers to concentrate on raining them. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mr. W. J. Gaudin; captain, Mr. J. R. Crawford; vice-captain, Mr. F. Shanley; lion, secretary, Mr. H. D. London: hbn. treasurer, Mr. B. Smith; committee, Messrs. K. Cookson, ■T. A. Adams, G: S. Bright, G. Townsley, D. Duff, A. Herd, and 11. Garrett; trustees, Messrs. AV. J. Gaudin and A. A. Duncan; auditor, Air. J. I’. D.
