CAMPAIGN AGAINST CANCER

MEDICAL CONGRESS .IN LONDON (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, July JC>. Ono of the most Important, medical congresses held begins in London today, when 22 countries will be represented at. the International Conference on Cancer arranged by the British Empire Cancer Campaign. Sir John Bland Sutton will preside over a gathering of doctors, surgeons, pathologists, and radiologists from all parts of the world who have devoted their life to the study of the causes and cure of cancer, besides delegates chosen by the Royal Society ami the principal universities, medical schools, and scientific bodies of this country. Hospital demonstrations will be given during the week, including operations by noted surgeons. Thirty sufferers who have been treated snecossfully for cancer of the tongue by radium at Westminster Hospital will algo be examined.
