HUTT COUNTY CLERK RESIGNS
It was stated yesterday by Mr. D. R. Hoggard, chairman of the Hutt County Council, that Mr. A. J. Macpherson, who for some years has been county clerk, has resigned from that position, and that his resignation has been accepted. No reason was assigned for the step taken by Mr. Macpherson. ___________
