OTAGO TO BE REPRESENTED. Dominion Special Service. Dunedin, July 18. As the result of an address given by Professor Osborne at Dunedin on June 29, steps were taken for the inauguration of a movement to secure the representation of Otago at a conference to be held in Vancouver next Easter, when the question of education and citizenship will be <iisCU A. tiC< nieeting of prominent educationists and business men was held this evening, and it was decided to affirm tho suggestion that a delegate or delegates be sent to the conference. An executive committee was then set up to make further arrangements.
