The Port Nlcholtou cycling Club held a twenty ; tit miles road race under ideal conditions on Saturday Afternoon, the course being ftojn the Petone J?"*"” sheds to Quinns Post and back. Twentyfive riders competed. After an exciting sprint up the straight, a bunch of six riders fropi the limit and 5| minute marks crossed the finishing line ahnost simultaneously.
