GERMAN AMNESTY BILL
MANY PRISONERS TO BE RELEASED
(Australian Press Association.) (Rec. July 15, 5.5 p.m.) ' Berlin, July 14. The Reichstag has adjourned until the autumn after passing the Amnesty Bill, which it Is estimated will release many hundreds, Including the last of the soldlefrs sentenced by the ex-Kai-ser’s courts-martial, members of the Black Reichswehr, Communists, and many non-polltical offenders whose - crimes may be attributed to distress during the inflation period.
