RECORD OF CASES ’ From the inception of tbe 'Wellington . Free Ambulance service on November 9, 1927, up to and including Saturday last, 3319 cases have been attended to, the ambulances having travelled in all 37,527 miles. From July 1 to July 14 (both inclusive) 244 cases were attended to, the vehicles covering 2513 miles. This averages over 17 cases per day, and about, ISO miles travelling.
