PROTEST TO SPAIN
SEIZURE OF FOREIGN OIL • establishments (Australian Press Association.) London, July 12. The “Daily Telegraph” states that the Foreign Office has addressed a protest to Spain against the seizure of for-, eign oil establishments without adequate compensation following the Spanish Government’s decision to establish. a State oil monopoly. France and the United States have already protested.
