DUKE OF CONNAUGHT
—.— REPORTED TO BE RAPIDLY RECOVERING (British Official WirClejs.) Rugby, July 9. The King's uncle, the Duke of Connaught, who is 78 years old, has been confined to bed for some days with nasal trouble, and a slight operation was necessary to remove an obstruction in his nose. The King went to see him on Siiturday, and again yesterday, when he was Accompanied by the Queen. Although remaining in his room, the Duke was able to sit up out of bed. To-day the Duke is ..reported to be rapidly recovering, and is expected to I out again shortly.
