The . Lord Chancellor, Lord Hail sham, and .Viscounts Dunedin and Sumner, and Lords Darling and At kin, sitting as the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, dismissed a. petition for special leave to appeal against the decision and order of Sir George Richardson, as Adminis trator of Samoa, deporting O. F. Nelson from Samoa.
Mr Stafford Cripps, K.C., for the petitioner Nelson, denied that Nel son had been concerned in the Mac organisation pr propaganda, and argued that Nelson’s exile was con trary Co all established law and natural justice. The committee did not call on Mr. Jowitt, K.C., who appeared for the Crown as respondent.
