At the conclusion of the mission a questionnaire was sent out, the replies to which disclose that 99 decision cards were sigued, u and 212 cards of consecration signed. ’. Signatures to cards do not express the lull result Of thi; mission. Many coiigrcgat.ions did not use the Cifrd swrtem for registering decisions’ and conseci'ations; these report that many decisions for Christ have been quietly made, especially among the young people. Ou the whole there is a unanimous feeling that the misSion lias been abundantly worth while, bringing about a general, deepening of the spiritual life, attendance nt public worship of many who had not previously eorne, arid the inspiration of office-bearers and people by it vision of service. Tile mission had been somewhat . affected by inclement weather, and-had not been ns effective as it might otherwise have been if the per:.-.,1 in each congregation .had been extended to a longer time and if the, meetings in each place had been conducted by one inissioner throughout, instead of different niissioners ou different eveiiiiigs. The l—esbytevy' expressed its gratification that in spite ot these possib! defects the mission had proved so fruitful.
