Sir. —Ju a recent issue you state that “a reader has inquired how wide an area would be visible at a height ot 40.900 feet ” A.s a subscriber I have not noticed an answer by any of your correspondents in the “Dominion.” I make the distance zoO.o miles, which would be the radius of a circular area visible at the above height.
