Observing that prisoners’ action had been contiHilled to a certain extent by the drink which they had taken. His Honour Mr. Justice Smith, in the Supreme Court on Saturday, fined Ja n } es Peter Walker and Alfred Y'ictor Smith £l5 each for the theft of a wireless set. His Honour said he hoped they would carry out. their intention of taking out u prohibition order against themselves.
