Good progress was made with the Manawatu Competitions Society’s annual festival at Palmerston North on Saturday. Sessions were held morning,, afternoon, and evening, the Opera House being patronised by a large number of the public. Results of Saturday’s events are as follow, competitors being from Palmerston unless otherwise stated : —
