It is an unusual thing for the traffic of Princes Street to be held up by a quantity of hay on the road, but this occurred in Dunedin the other morning (says the “Times”). A motor lorry loaded with trusses of hay was proceeding towards the city, and when opposite the Grand Picture Theatre, where the road slopes somewhat, the whole load came off, scattering in all directions, and effectually blocking the traffic until it had been cleared
