ANOTHER BIG DAY New York, March 21. This is the ninth consecutive day when more than three million shares have been sold on the stock market. More than twenty issues reached new high levels. The Radio Corporation reached 162. General Motors climbed four points to a new high level at 177 J. United States Steel reached 150. The market was more orderly than for over a week. Sterling was quiet at 4.88] dollars.
