MATAROA FROM HOME. The Shaw. Savill and Albion Company s liner, Mataroa, arrived in the stream at Wellington shortly after 11 o clock yesterday morning from London and Soutnampton, via the Panama route. Pratique was granted, and the ship berthed at the King’s Wharf at 1.40 p.m to dmembark her passengers and discharge part cargo. After loading at London, the Mataroa left Southampton on January 10 and a fine-weather and uneventful v.oyage throughout. Captain W. A. Kershaw is in command, and his officers are the following. CORNWALL TO LOAD. 'The New Zealand Shipping Company advise that the Cornwall will leave Brisbane next Friday for New Plymouth to commence loading for London and w est Coast ports of Great Britain. She is duo at New Plymout lion March 1, and will load afterwards at Wanganui, Lyttelton and Wellington. The vessel is due at Wellington on March 12, and will sail finally from here on- March la. The Port Melbourne will now leave Wellington at 6 o’clock to-morrow morning for Lyttelton to fill up for London. The Cumberland is to sail from Wellington this afternoon for Port Chalmers to fill up for London. The Hertford left Napier at 9 p.m. on Thursday for Timaru to proceed with her loading. The Matatua sailed from Dunedin yesterday afternoon for Timaru and I.ttelton to complete discharge of her Dondon cargo. The Huntingdon will leave Port Ch aimers to-day for Timaru to continue loading for Homo porta. MISCELLANEOUS. The Kittawa is now expected to leave Grey mouth to-night for Wellington, Miramar and New Plymouth. The Wingatui will leave Dunedin on Monday for Timaru, Lyttelton, Well’ngton and Auckland.
