The Eastern and Associated Telegraph Companies and the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Companies authorise the following announcement: “Sir William Plender, on behalf of the Eastern and Associated Telegraph Companies, and Sir Gilbert Garnsey, on behalf of Marconi’s JVireless Telegraph Company, have been asked to co-oper-ate with a view to making a joint report for submission to their respective boards as to possible arrangement in the joint interests of the respective companies.”—British Official W’reless.
