PUBLIC’ NOTICES. HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BYLAWS. MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that -L’ at a Special Meeting of the Hull County Council, held on Thursday, De ccmber 22, 1927, the following Resolution was passed:— That in pursuance and exercise of all enabling powers and authorities vested in it by any Act or enactment or otherwise, howsoever and in particular the powers and authorities vested in it bv the Counties Act, 1920, and the Health Act, 1920, the Hutt County Council doth hereby and by way of Special Order make and ordain the following By-laws: PART V—BUILDINGS', DWELLING SITE AND DWELLING SITE , AREAS. The By-laws made by Special Order, passed at a Special Meeting of the said Council, duly convened and held on June 24, 1924, and confirmed at a subsequent Meeting, duly convened and held on the Bth day of July, 1921, are hereby amended by the insertion of the following By-la\vs :— Part 5 of tho said By-laws is amended by the insertion of a clause to be numbered 102-A as follows:— No person shall occupy or permit or suffer to bo occupied any building or structure erected upon any site of insufficient area, road frontage, side spaces, or air space as provided by this By-law or shall subdivide any land so as to leave the land occupied or intended to be occupied with any building without the area, road frontage, or side spaces or air space as provided by this By-law. BY-LAWS RELATING TO THE MANUFACTURE PREPARATION, STORAGE OR DELIVERY OF FOOD FOR SALE, OR SALE OF FOOD. The By-laws made by. Special Order, passed at a Special Meeting of the said Council, duly convened and held on the Bth day of April, 1924, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting, duly convened and held on the 10th day of June, 1924, are hereby amended by the insertion of the following By-laws.:— PART XI. In pursuance and exercise of all enabling powers and authorities vested in it by any Act or enactment or otherwise howsoever, and in particular the powers and authorities vested in it by the Counties Act, 1929, and the Health Act, 1920 the Hutt County Council doth hereby, and by way of Special Order, make and ordain the following By-laws: (1) No person shall use or occupy any place or premises within the County for the manufacture, preparation, storage or delivery of food for sale, unless he shall in respect of such place or premises comply with the provisions of the Regulations relating to the contamination of food made from time to time under th<s Health Act, 1920, and for the time being in force, and shall obtain a license under these Bylaws. (2) Before any person shall commence to carry on in any place or premises within the County for the manufacture, preparation, storage or delivery of food for sale he shall apply to the Council in writing for a license in the form set out in the schedule hereto, and he shall give the full name and ad- ' dress of tho applicant, and full particulars of the place or premises to be used, and the nature of tho foods to be manufactured,' prepared, sold or delivered. (3) Upon payment by the applicant of a fee of £l, ami upon the Inspector being satisfied that tho place or premises comply with tho aforesaid Regulations, the County Clerk may issue a license to the applicant. (4) Every such license shall be yearly and shall expire on the 31st day of March in each year. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Meeting of the Hutt County Council, to be held in the County Chambers, 68 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Friday, January 20, 1928, at 4 p.m. DATED at Wellington this 22nd day of December, 1927. TVOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at ■4’ a Special Meeting of the Hutt County Council, held on Thursday, December 22, 1927, the following Resolution was passed :— That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, and by Section 119 of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments, and by virtue of a Warrant dated the 29th day of June, 1927, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General under the provisions of the said Section 119 of tho Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments, and gazetted in the New Zealand Gazette of the 30th day of June, 1927, at page 2166, and of every other power (if any) it thereunto enabling Orders-in-Council in pursuance of tho Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926. and Section 114 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, having been obtained authorising the Council to borrow, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows :— 1. THAT the Council proceed to raise a loan of One thousand pounds (£1009) for the purpose of the construction of a new bridge over the Hutt River at Lower Hutt. 2. THAT the said loan be called ‘The Hutt County Hutt River Bridge Loan of £lOO9, 1927." 3. THAT the currency of the said loan shall be for a period of thirty years commencing on the Twentieth day of January, Nineteen hundred and Twen-ty-eight, and matuiing on the Twentieth day of January, Nineteen hundred and Fifty-eight. 4. THAT the interest on the said loan shall be at tho rate of Six pounds (£6 9s. Od.) per centum per annum and he payable half-yearly on each first day of Scntember and April in each year. 5. THAT the form of security for the payment of principal and interest on the said loan shall be one (1) debenture of One thousand pounds (£1999) and relative coupons in a form in conformity with the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926. 6. THAT the Council doth hereby appropriate and pledge as security for the repayment of the said loan and the interest, sinking fund and other charges thereon the special rate of two onehundredths (2-lOOths) of a penny m rhe pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of ths capital value) of all rateable properly in Hie No. -4 Special Rating District, being ''ie Mungaron, Heretaunga, Enuni and Wai-nui-o-inata Ridings of the County ,ot Hutt.

7. THAT a sinking fund of 1-1 per centum per annum on the amount raised be established. , . 8. THAT the principal and interest shall be nayable nt the Bank ot New Zealand Wellington. fl.
