The annual picnic of the City Council milk department being held on Thursday, the public offices of the department will oe closed on that day. There will be exceptions. .in the case of the orders and. -complaints office and the shop, both of which will remain open until 1 p.m. . , ~ ,_ . _ The collection of household rubbish at Karori, Ngaio and Khandallah will be postponed this week from to-morro.w until Thursday because of the employees annual picnic.
