AFGHAN ROYALTIES
ENTHUSIASTIC WELCOME AT NAPLES
Rome, January 8.
At Naples the Afghan King and Queen arrived and were enthusiastically welcomed. It is estimated that a hundred thousand at Rome, including the •ling, the Queen, the Crown Prince, and Signor Mussolini, welcomed Their Afghan Majesties. The city was decorated ,and troops lined the route. Two aeroplanes escorting King Amanullah from Naples collided at Rome. “One crashed and the aviator was fatally injured. The other continued his flight.
