' The rainfall in Eketahuna for December was 4.3 inches. Rain fell on eleven days, and the maximum fall for one day (on December 12) was .97 inches. The Rketaliuua motor camp, situated in delightful surroundings at the swing bridge reserve, was well patronised during the holidays by many visitors, and much praise was expressed at tlie beauty and convenience of tlie spot, a partv from Auckland stating that it was the best they had visited between .Wellington and Auckland.
