ALLEGED THEFT
SECOND CHARGE PENDING A remand to January 11 was granted by Mr. J.- H. Salmon, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday in the case of Frederick John Deen Board, a carpenter, aged 46, who was charged with breaking and entering the warehouse of the Excelsior Supply Co., 86 Manners Street, and stealing pens and pencils to the value of <£3o. According to Detective - Sergeant Holmes, another charge was pending, involving the sum of £6OO. Bail was renewed in the sum of £JOO, with two snreties of £l5O each.
