RELATING TO PROPOSED ANGLO-GERMAN LOAN

Important documents relating to .a proposed Anglo-German loan were stolen from the representatives of British banks engaged in the negotiations. The Englishmen left an attache-case in an anteroom at the Government office in the Wilhelmstrasse while they interviewed an official. When they returned for the bag it was empty.
