VICE-REGAL. The garden party which was to have been held at Government House on November 22, but which was unavoidably postponed, will now take place on Tuesday, January 10. Their Excellencies therefore ask that those to whom the cards of invitation were issued for the former date will regard them as holding good for January 10.
