Carterton, January 5. At the quarterly meeting of Loyal Greytown Lodge, 1.0.0.F.M.U.., tho following officers were elected for the ensuing term: T.P.N.G., Bro. W. Grigg; N.G., Bro. L. The annual return of expenditure supplied to the Government for the year ending December by Totara Lodge, U.A.0.D., Carterton, is as follows:— Sick pay paid to members, £315 35.; to Grand Lodge consolidated sick and funeral fund, £203 4s. 10d.; insurance and funeral allowance for two deceased members, <£24o; lodge surgeons, £335; management expenses, £154 10s. 6d.; maternity claims advanced to members, £lB6. During the year 11 members were ' admitted by initiation and four by clearance. Three clearances to other lodges were granted. The year opened with -296 financial members and closed Avith 286. The cost,of the Christ-mas-tree .gathering to children of the order was £3B Is. lOd.
