TRAGEDY ON FARM
STEP-MOTHER FOUND DEAD. BY TELEGRAPn.—PRESS ASSOCIATION. Hawera, January 5. On a farm at Tekiri this morning a farmer found his step-mother dead, with a wound in her throat and a razor beside the body. Deceased was Charlotte Lilian Fergusson, a widow, aged about 56 years, who has been living with her step-son, Charles Joseph Fergusson. Deceased, had been in poor health for a long time.
