PUBLIC NOTICE OWING to certain mis-statements which have been circulated, we desire to place on record in Wellington the following Reprint from the Auckland “Sun,” “Star,” and “Herald” Newspapers of December 29 and 30, 1927. THANKS. . We desire to take this opportunity of extending our thanks to Underwriters at Lloyds, through their Brokers, Messrs. T. L. Shepherd and Co., 9 Ferry Buildings, Auckland, for the promptitude with which our recent fire loss was settled. The lire occurred on December 9 (Friday), the loss was proved on the 21st, and the claim was settled in full less than 4S hours later, under a Covering Note issued by Messrs.
