SEPTEMBER RETURNS INCREASE IN EXPORTS ■Rugby, October 12. According to the Board of 1 rade figures, the exports for September were valued at £60,487,000, being an increase of £1,077,000 compared with August, and of £9,807,000 compared with September of last year. The increase oyer last September, when the coal strike was in progress, includes an advance of £3,576,000 in coal exports and £2,672,000 in iron and steel exports. After declining for some months, the exports went up with a bound during September. The total for the month was £101,427,000. This was an advance of £11,627,000 compared with August but a reduction of £309,000 compared with last September.
