Dunedin, October 13. The Dunedin Jockey Club’s spring meeting opened to-day in beautiful weather. The track was in excellent order, making for fast times. There was, n good attendance of the public. The totalisator handled -£16,385 for the day compared ,to £17,182 10s. on the first day last year. Results:—
