That such loan be called lhe Hutt County Unemployment Relief Loan of <£soo 1927/* 3. That the currency of the said loan shall be for a period of fifteen (15) years, coininencing on the first day, of October, 1927, and maturing on the first Jay of October, 1912. , 4. That the interest on the said loan shall bo at the rate of six pounds (£6) per centum per annum, and be payable half-yearly on each day of April and October in each year. 5.
