PAKEHA AT WANGANUI. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Co.’s steamer Pakeha arrived in the Wanganui roadstead at 8.30 a.m. yesterday from Newcastle to commence loading for London. She will leave the roadstead tomorrow for Timaru. THE KENT. The Federal Co. advise that the Kent arrived at Port Chalmers on Saturday morning from Lyttelton to continue discharge of her Liverpool cargo. She will leave the Otago port on Thursday for New Plymouth to put out the remainder. MATAROA AT PORT CHALMERS. At 8.30 o'clock yesterday morning tho Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co.’s liner Mataroa arrived at Port Chalmers from Auckland to complete discharge of her London cargo. The vessel will commence loading at the Otago port, and will leave there to-morrow to load also at Lyttelton, New Plymouth, and Wellington. She is due here on October 11. and will sail again on October. 19 for Napelr and Auckland. The Mataroa is to sail finally from Auckland on October ?9, at daybreak, for ' Southampton uud London, via the Panama Canal. ATHOLL DUE SATURDAY. Mr. W. Wallis advises that the A. and A. Line chartered steamer Atholl, which arrived at Auckland on Sunday evening from New York, will leave Auckland to morrow for Wellington. She Is due here on Saturday morning. THE SOMERSET. Tho Federal Co. report that the Sonier. set arrived at Bluff on Sunday morning from Dunedin to complete discharge of her Liverpool cargo. The vessel will leave Bluff ou Thursday for Australia.
