Tlie “Daily Mail” in a leading article emphasising the trades unions’ break with Russia, the rupture of AngloRussian diplomatic relations, the American refusal to recognise the Soviet, France’s demand for the expulsion of Rakovsky, Signor Mussolini’s defeat of Communism, the Chinese revulsion against the Reds, and Mr. McCormack’s victory in Queensland, says they are due to the support of the public. It declares,- “The world is tiring of Anarchists and Communists, who have been a nuisance to civilisation in recent years. Thev are everywhere losing ground. Even their credulous dupes and bewildered disciples have lost patience.—Sydney “Sun” Cable. THE RADOVSKY CASE Paris, September 11. Cabinet discussed the Rakovsky case and favoured informing Moscow that his recall would be desirable, but ths decision, is withheld pending M--Briand’s return.
