ROTORUA TEA KIOSK DESTROYED. BY TbLEGBAPH.—PUiSS / SSOaiATIOx. ® ' Rotorua, July 26. The Wbakarowarewa Tea Kiosk, an extensive building, was burned to the ground at 5 o’clock this morning. A heavy wind was blowing, and a torrential rain was falling when the brigade arrived, and it was hopeless to try to save tho building. They concentrated on the surrounding dwellings, which were effectively isolated. The kiosk is owned by Nathan and Co., Auckland, and leased by Mrs. Donaldson. It was used for supply refreshments and for dancing. A carved house adjoining' was undamaged. The insurances are unknown. Be prepared.
