CARPENTER COLLAPSES
DIES BEFORE DOCTOR’S AHRIVAL. Andrew Rugg, a married man residing at 210 Sydney Street and employed as a carpenter by the Harbour Board, collapsed at tfie Glasgow Wharf on Thursday afternoon. He was removed to his home and a doctor was called, but he was dead before the doctor arrived.
