TRANSPORT APPEAL BOARD
A PETONE CASE. Yesterday a meeting of the Transport Appeal Board was held to consider the appeal of Harold Ingham, ot 13 Tennyson Street, Petqne, against the refusal of the Wellington City Council to grant him a license, under the Motor-bus Transport Act of 1926, for a service between Lower Hutt, Petone and Wellington. His Honour Mr. Justice Frazer presided, while Messrs. H A. R. Huggins, W. G. McDonald, S. G. Nathan, and R. H. P Ronayne were also present. As a result of the meeting the consideration of the appeal was adjourned until Mondav, December 20 On this date, not only the appeal of Harold Ingham, but also any other appeals tn respect of it, or arising from it, will be heard.
