PRISONER CARRIED OUT SHRIEKING. W TBLEGBAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, September 29. In the Supreme Court Mr. Justice Herdman admitted Raymond Ernest Parkinson (aged 19) for breaking, entering, and theft, at Opotiki, to two years' probation, on condition that he made restitution. Margaret Barker, for forgery at Auckland, was sentenced to two years reformative treatmnet. The prisoner was carried out shrieking. Arthur Francis Olsen, for forgery on a wholesale scale, was sentenced to twelve months' hard labour, to be followed by- twelve months' reformative treatment.
