ONE-WAY TRAFFIC

AT KENT AND CAMBRIDGE TERRACE Councillor R. A. Wright pointed out at last night’s meeting oi the City Council that it was always understood that there was to be one-way traffic in connection with Kent and Cambridge Terraces. Now abuses were creeping in by traffic rounding the police officer, and proceeding south bv way of Cambridge Terrace The Mayor said the position was not verv fortunate in that part of the city, as 'there were not many places wl . le ™ the traffic could cross over. The whole position there was at present under consideration, and probably there would be provided additional ways of ■ crossing over. Until that report was brought down jt was perhaps not advisable to enforce a one-way by-law.
