POLICY On the recommendation of the Finance Committee, the City Council decided last night:— “That all new buildings to be erected in future at street corners be splayed back in order to improve the: visibility at. street intersections;. and that a copy of this resolution he forwarded to the'Architects’ Institute. ’’
