NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF DEPOSIT. THE EAGLE STAR AND BRITISH 1 DOMINIONS INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED has given written notice to the Public Trustee, pursuant to tho provision of "The Insurance Companies Deposits Act, 1921-22’’ (1) That the Eagle Star and British Dominions Insurance Company Limited has sold to the New pealand Insurance Company Limited all its Fire, Employers’ Liability and .Accident Insurance business in New Zealand.' IN teims of Sub-section, 2 of Regulation 7 of the Regulations as to the use of Motor-lorries made under the authority of the “Public Works Amendment Act, 1924,’’ and the “Motor Vehicles Act, 1924,” and in pursuance to a resolution passed on the Sth June, 1926, tho Hutt County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to make application to the Minister of Public Works for the classification ns Roads as set out hereunder. 1. Ist Class Roads: Available for the use thereon of any Motor-lorry. Nil. 2. 2nd Class Roads: A vailable for tho use thereon of any Motor-lorry which, with the maximum load it is licensed to carry, weighs not more than eight tons. (1) That portion of tho WellingtonAuckland via Taranaki Main Highway from (ho County boundary, Paremata. to the Woikanae Iliyer: i.e., Main West Road. (2) Those portions of the Welling-ton-Napior via. Wairarapa Main highway under the control of the Hutt County Council from (he northern boundary of the Lower Hutt Borough to the summit, Rinintaka Hill: i.e., Main East Road. (3) Day's Bay Road. 3. 3rd Class Roads: Available for (he use thereon of any Motor-lorry which, with the maximum load it is licensed to carry, weighs not more than six tons.
