The June number ot the “Australasian Journal of Psychology and Philosophy” contains an unusually large number ot interesting articles. It shows that the important studies of psychology, philosophy, and social science are beinv actively carried on in Australia and Now Zealand. Professor E. Morris Miller, of Tasmania, in an article on "The Psychologist in Service.” calls attention to the important work that is being done by psychologists, in collaboration with physicians, in the sphere of mental deficiency. and gives an account of the psychological clinics which have been established in Britain and America. The late professor of music, of Sydney, has written an extended review of Count Keyserling’s “Travel Diary of a Philosopher.” and it is interesting to see this famous hook discussed from the philosophical rather than from ths purely literary Standpoint. This number of the Journal also contains the presidential address n' Professor Mc.Kellar Stewart, to lhe A.A.P.P.. the subject being "Psyrliolnr’and Ethics." There are two rennets of researches, one on the "Psychology o’ Dreams,” by Mr. B. F Fortune, late of Victoria University College.
