WELLINGTON ASSOCIATION. Tho quarterly meeting of the Wellington Tennis Association was held last night. Mr. M. Denniston presiding over a good attendance. Tho report of the Management Committee referred to the visit of the New Zealand team to New South Wales in March last and their successful games. The Davis stitchless ball was approved for use in authorised open tournaments in New Zealand and the Ayres championship ball had been adopted lor uso at the 1926 New Zealand championship tournament. The Maori Association had given notice -of its intention to applv for affiliation. The cash statement showed that £5Bl 6s. 9d. had been received and .£391 l!)s. Id. spent. The report was adopted.
