4 COMPANY MANAGER FINED By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, April 9. Walter Ross, manager for J. Ballantyne and Co., Timaru, was lined £l5 and costs for the negligent driving of a car, and his license was endorsed. For failing to produce a license, he was fined ss. and costs A charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motorcar was dismissed.
