His Excellency the Governor-General, Sir Charles Fergussou, arrived in Palmerston North this morning by special train from Feilding, and connected with the early Napier train. He travelled as far as Pukehou, where it was arranged that he should perform a ceremony in connection with the le Ante College. He returned to Palmerston this evening by the Napier train. .
